I wonder if anyone has talked to Ricky Rudd or J.D. Gibbs about racing some in this series.

Luckily this series is making one of them possible. I wanted to see Andy Santerre back on the track. I felt that he retired too soon, but it'll be great to see him turning laps again.

The way I read it even if a driver doesnt qualify through the wins/championship rules they can still be invited? I would guess that means if enough people asked the founders about a driver competing maybe they'd invite them?

Pony...you are correct...if there is a demand for a specific driver that is not eligible form the criteria that Old School Racing has set, the racing community can have an effect on which drivers could be invited. If there are drivers worthy of being considered a champion....we should consider them for this series.

I would like to see the FIRST rookie that won a Winston Cup race which is a Canadian, from Ontario, Canada whos name is Earl Ross #52. He was teamed up with Cale Yarbough at that time. This was one of the first two car teams in Nascar. The team was owned by Jr Johnson and sponsored by a Canadian beer company called "CARLING".

I can't believe no one has mentioned Brad Teague.
Hershel McGriff would be a great addition, as would Jimmy Means, Morgan Shepherd, Greg Sacks, and Steve Grissom.

Would love to see Bobby Allsion in this series if his health permits. To me and my family he is the ALL TIME GREATEST driver. Love the Zaxby's commercials Bobby is doing now. I'm sure he could get sponsors...

Hello, My Dad is Wayne Andrews. And I told him about this series. He is interested and would like more info on this. He is the 1972 Nascar Grand American Champion and 1969 Rookie of the year. Is there a # he can call to get this? Or they could call the shop(919)742-5771. He talked to a lot of the guys at Sam Ard's benifit this past saturday. Thank you Kevin Andrews

Get some Indy/ USAC drivers. Guys like the Unsers, Andretti, George Snider, Johnny Rutherford, Tom Sneva, Gordon Johncock, Mel Kenyon, Larry Dickson, Gary Bettenhausen, Tom Bigelow, Pancho Carter, Johnny Parsons Jr. etc. These drivers are all legends and I bet at least a few would be interested in competing as just about all of them drove stock cars at one time.
btw back to stock cars guys, Brad Teague and Canadians Earl Ross and Trevor Boys are both very worthy to be choosen. Am I the only person that wants to see Jimmy Hensley racing again?
