The first Daytona 500, run on Feb. 22nd. 1959, came down to viewing a photo from a race fan to declare the winner of the race. NASCAR declared Johnny Beauchamp the winner but reversed their decision later because of the photo. How long did it take for NASCAR to give the win to Lee Petty?
